Christmas markets started on the Continent and they really know how to do them! You’ll find colourful displays and stalls adorned with lights, a host of seasonal culinary delights, carefully crafted trinkets and decorations as well as merry go-rounds, ice-rinks and Nativity scenes. Such a magical time awaits.

Aside from the festivities that line the streets, Bruges and Ghent are packed with culture and history and there is plenty to see and do.
