Directions from the M1 Junction 25
From J25, take the A52 to Derby. After 6 miles, take the exit marked ‘The Wyvern/Pride Park’. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Derwent Parade. Continue along Derwent Parade, straight over the next 3 roundabouts, until you reach Locomotive Way. Take the second left onto Brunel Parkway, take the first left and continue along Brunel Parkway, Rayburn House is located at the end of the road.
Directions from the A38
Take the A38 north until you reach Ashbourne Road (A52). At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit. Continue then turn left onto Bridge Street and then right onto Agard Street. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Ford Street and continue onto St Alkmund’s Way. At The Cock Pitt, take the 1st exit onto Station Approach and continue onto Pride Parkway. Continue straight over the first roundabout and then at the second roundabout take the 3rd exit. Take the second left onto Brunel Parkway, then the first left and continue until you reach Rayburn House.
