With the opportunity to enjoy a day trip to Venice, why not surface from the water for a while to explore the streets of one of Italy’s most enchanting cities?
Price based on a minimum of 30 passengers departing in July or August 2019.
Board your flight from the UK and begin your Croatian adventure! Once you’ve landed, take a transfer from the airport to Pula Youth Hostel. Spend the rest of the day getting to know the area and chilling out on the beach!
After breakfast at the hostel, make your way into Pula to explore the city. Enjoy a guided tour and learn all about the history and culture of the Old Town and its Roman ruins. Spend the evening at leisure, enjoying some down time at the hostel.
It’s time to get out on the water! Accompanied by a qualified instructor, take a boat trip out into the ocean and snorkel in crystal clear waters. Once back on dry land, carry on the activity fun and have a go at off road biking. Spend the evening at the hostel where your group can take advantage of the games room!
Take a day trip to the beautiful city of Venice where you can admire the architectural gems of the Basilica di San Marco and Doge’s Palace. Soak up the art and culture of the city with visits to the Gallerie dell’Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim before making your way back to Pula.
Enjoy a day of water sport fun and explore Croatian waters by paddle board! Come back to shore for a lunch stop (and an ice cream!) before getting back out on the water to perfect those water sport skills!
In the morning, visit the Marine Biology School where you can learn about the efforts to protect the region’s endangered species at work here. For your afternoon activity, head up to the tree tops on a high ropes adventure course or go on a biking tour of the peninsula.
Embark on a day trip across the border to Postojna Caves and Lipica Stud Farm where you will discover an exciting underground world with visits to the caves. Once back on ground level, visit the original home of the Lipizzaner horse at Lipica Stud Farm.
Begin your return journey to the UK.
