  • Sample Itinerary

    Day 1

    It’s time for your Belgium adventure to begin! Board your coach and head for the tunnel crossing to Calais. Arriving at your hotel in the evening you’ll have time to get your bearings in the local town before relaxing and preparing for the busy days ahead.

    Day 2

    After breakfast, hop aboard your coach and head out for a full day experiencing the WWI battlefields. Start off at the In Flanders Field Museum where you will be presented with the story on the First World War in the West Flanders front region before heading to the Sanctuary Wood to explore the preserved trenches.

    Visit the Tyne Cot Cemetery to pay your respects to the 11,900 British Empire servicemen, before attending the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate and laying a wreath as part of the ceremony.

    Day 3

    Take a train or bus to the picture-perfect city of Bruges. Filled with medieval architecture, winding canals and cobblestone lanes, you can spend your day exploring everything this beautiful city has to offer. Visit the diamond museum, taste some of the famous Belgian chocolate at Choco-Story or hop on a bike and be guided through the city.

    Day 4

    It’s time to say goodbye to Belgium as you pack your things and start your journey back to the UK.
