So, a very busy few days!

1st Stratford Upon Avon had two lovely final days where the sun finally showed itself (even if just for a little bit). There were some early starts but I think some of the scouts enjoyed them!

They ended their week with some mountain biking, another hike and eventually got a chance to go on the toboggan run! We also had the international campfire on Friday evening which the guys thoroughly enjoyed and was a great way to round the week off! Safe journey back guys!

And so Saturday arrived and it’s time for two new groups! Welcome 1st Crowle Scouts and 5th Sittingbourne Scouts.

Both groups spent today up at lake Oeschinensee. And are the first Scouts of the season to swim in it! Some of the guys even swam all the way across! Beats me – way too cold!

This afternoon 1st Crowle took part in the international sports day. They enjoyed playing football and volleyball and also had a go on a slack line – I think some of them might need some more practice though!

Crowle Scouts are looking forward to the high ropes tomorrow and Sittingbourne Scouts are off on the Allmenalp hike!
