Well it has once again been a few action packed days full of visits! On Sunday 4th Cheam Guides headed off to the Saint Beatus Caves via Lake Thun and after an interesting tour had some free time in Interlaken and visited the chocolate show at the Schuh Chocolatiers. There were more than enough opportunities to sample the gorgeous chocolate and I think I speak for everyone when I say we all had a good day.
Meanwhile Paddock Wood Guides visited Kandersteg and had a tour of KISC the international scout camp and went up to the Oeschinnensee on a cable car. Cheam then did the same today without the KISC tour and were lucky enough with the weather to be able to try out the toboggan run!
Paddock Wood Guides also made the most of the weather with a visit to the Truemmelbach Falls- a series of glacial water falls that is quite simply spectacular.
Fingers crossed for the weather as a visit to the Jungfrau and the local cheesemaker are on the cards!
