With international Scout and Girlguiding trips back on the agenda, we’re seeing a big increase in demand for these unforgettable experiences.
International adventures are an amazing part of being involved in Scouting or Girlguiding with the opportunity to experience new cultures, take on new challenges, gain important life skills and increase self-confidence… all the while having fun in the great outdoors!
We’re already helping groups get their touring plans underway for 2022 and beyond, so let us help you get planning too. Whether it’s your first experience of planning an international trip with your group or you’re a seasoned tourer, we’re here to guide you through the process and make your adventure all the more enjoyable.
Ready for adventure, but not sure where to start?
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…4,5,6
- Speak to the right people
Contact your lead volunteer or the head of your organisation for any initial advice and guidance on taking your group on an international trip.
- Get in touch
Whether you want to find out more about an international trip or you’re ready to get things underway, we’ll happily talk through your requirements and offer specialist advice.
Following an initial conversation, your dedicated Tour Consultant will put a quote together which will detail the price of your trip with the inclusions and any added extras you’ve requested.
- Support as you launch your trip
We’ll do everything we can to support you when you’re launching your trip to your group. As well as answer any questions, we’ll provide you with our Party Leader Launch Pack which includes everything you need to help get your trip off the ground.
We’ll support you every step of the way, so when you’re ready to book, we’ll take care of all the finer details, such as setting payment schedules for deposits and sending out a booking form.
- Planning your itinerary
You’ll be introduced to your dedicated Tour Co-ordinator who’ll work with you to book the key elements of your package, support you with administration and fine-tune every element of your itinerary in the lead up to your departure.
If you’re ready to start taking steps to get back to adventure, then we’re here to help!
