Venture Abroad will be offering a 2 night break, prior to the AGM weekend, to the historic city of Lancaster. Steeped in cultural heritage and historic architecture, the city of Lancaster offers an array of interesting places to visit including Lancaster Castle, where the legendary Pendle Witches met their fate, the Judges Lodgings, previously home to the keeper of the castle but now home to the Museum of Childhood and a wonderful display of Gillow furniture. Williamson Park comprises of 54 acres of beautiful parkland with enchanting walks, play areas and breathtaking views to the Fylde Coast and the Lake District.
