- High Ropes Course
Collect your life-jacket, canoe and paddle and embark on your voyage down the river Dyle. Your group will walk to the departure point at Pecrot and begin the class 1 (easy) course which takes you 7 km down the river to Sint-Joris-Weert. From here your group will walk back to camp, so don’t forget your map!
Using harnesses, helmets, cables, carabiners, ropes and wooden beams, you and your group can be strung 20 to 50 feet high among trees and poles in this exciting course situated next to your camp.

De Kluis is located approximately 20 km from Brussels and, thanks to the efforts of many generations of volunteers, the site has been developed into a beautiful oasis of greenery and tranquillity. With 20 campsites spread over 35 hectares of forest, De Kluis has plenty of space and is perfectly equipped to deliver an excellent programme of outdoor activities. Volley ball, a tree-top assault course, mountain biking, forestry and rafting are just some of the many activities available on site at De Kluis, guaranteeing your group an unforgettable camp experience.
Venture Abroad has the exclusive use of one campsite throughout the summer months at De Kluis and, with wash rooms, tents and cooking facilities all provided on-site for your exclusive use; all you really need to bring with you is your sense of adventure and fun.
