How to Book
Venture Abroad specialises in holidays abroad for groups of people with common interests such as Scouting and Guiding.
Closely linked with The Scout Association and The Trefoil Guild, we ensure the service we provide to groups travelling abroad is based on specialist knowledge and of a standard superior to any other operator.
1. Initial enquiry - contact us to discuss the size and requirments of your group. We can then send you further information about your chosen destination.
2. Make a (no obligation booking) provisional booking - this will give you time to collect your deposits of £20 per person for coach tours or £100 per person for flight tours.
3. Send in your booking form with a cheque for the first deposits made payable to Venture Abroad to confirm your reservation.
4. Pay your second deposit: 8 weeks after booking your second payment of £50 per person for coach tours or £100 per person for flight tours.
5. Your final invoice will be sent to you 14 weeks before departure and payment is required 10 weeks before you go.
