Step 1 - Enquire
Call or email us and speak to one of our dedicated Activity Tour Consultants. They will talk you through the aims and objectives of your tour so that we can provide you with more specific destination information or a bespoke quotation. A booking form will also be sent to you at this stage.
Step 2 – Quote
Once you have received the tour information, it is important that you check all of the inclusions carefully so that any additions or amendments you require can be tailored into the quotation process.
Step 3 – Approval
Once you have decided on your chosen destination, if required we can provide you with the Safety Management System Policies and Risk Assessments relating to your tour. We can also provide you with PowerPoint presentations to present to your group and fundraising ideas. Additionally, one of our team may be able to visit your group and give a presentation to parents or party members to promote the tour. Please note, a visit to your group is subject to the time of year and the group location.
Step 4 – Deposits
Set a deadline date for group members to make their deposit payment.
Step 5 – Booking Confirmation
Once the deposits are received, arrange a bank transfer or raise a cheque for the total value of the 1st deposits and insurance premiums if required. Fill in the booking form and send it with the cheque to Venture Abroad to confirm your tour reservation. A confirmation letter will be sent to you shortly after receipt of the deposits.
Step 6 – Plan Your Itinerary
Following your booking confirmation, an Activity Tour Co-ordinator will work with you closely to arrange all aspects of your trip and ensure that the requirements of your group are met.
