With a passionate and knowledgeable team of staff, Venture Abroad is proud to have been operating tailor-made holidays for Guides and Senior Section groups since 1970. Venture Abroad is pleased to be continuing our partnership with Girlguiding UK into 2012/13, ensuring that we may continue to work together to give Girlguiding UK members the opportunity to travel abroad.

In 2011, we helped Guide groups venture to Switzerland, Belgium, France, Iceland, Croatia, Mexico and India. We are pleased to report that 100% of groups rated their experience as good or excellent and said that they would recommend Venture Abroad to Guiding friends.

With 2011 behind us, it’s time to start looking ahead to 2012/13! We have all of our favourite destinations to offer, plus the addition of a brand new holiday to the Netherlands. Buitenzorg is the former HQ for Girl Guides in the Netherlands making it the perfect place for a week away with your Guides. If, as a leader, you are looking for your own Guiding adventure then why not join our leaders’ trip to Sangam in India in October 2013? The tour is open to leaders 18 years and above and combines the experience of Sangam together with the truly amazing Golden Triangle tour.
