Are excursion costs included in my price?
Some tours do include excursion costs. For more information about the specific inclusions of each tour, please see the "What’s Included" section on the destination that you are interested in. Additionally there are inclusions that are common to all of our tours, which can be viewed here: Tour Inclusions

For details on how we can arrange this and costs, please contact us.
How many free places am I entitled to?

If the group has 30+ paying passengers then you will receive one free place , for 35+ paying passengers you will receive two free places and if you have 40+ paying passengers you will be entitled to three free places.
* Maximum of two children
Can we fly with low cost airlines?
Yes. However, they are not always suited to group travel. Our experience has shown that scheduled airlines offer greater reliability and peace of mind for groups. If you would like us to provide you with a quote based on a low cost airline, we are happy to do.
What is a collective passport and how do I get one?
A collective passport allows groups of under 18s to travel without their own individual passport, provided that they are part of a school or recognised youth group. All children travelling under the collective passport must be British nationals and the group leader must hold a full and valid UK passport. Group leaders can apply for a collective passport from all UK passport agencies and are advised to allow at least six weeks for your application to be processed.
Some members of my group have non-UK passports. Is this a problem?
All passengers with non-UK passports should check with the office from which their passport was issued to check entry and visa regulations for the destination country. It is also important to check that the holder of the passport may travel through all countries en-route. Please remember that non-UK nationals are not permitted to travel on a collective passport.
How much validation does a passport need to have when travelling?
We recommend that when you travel your passport does not expire six months after your date of return to the UK.
Will there be any Venture Aboard representatives in resort?
When you travel with Venture Abroad, you often have a Representative to help you in resort. This may be to provide guidance and suggestions for your itinerary planning or to give assistance in an emergency.
For groups travelling to Disneyland Paris, De Kluis and Switzerland there will be Venture Abroad Representatives available throughout your trip. We have very close relations with staff at our other destinations and they are always willing to help and assist you in every way possible.
