Pembrokeshire in West Wales is surrounded by some of the country’s finest coastlines, beautiful seaside towns and spectacular countryside. The county is home to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only coastal national park of its kind in the United Kingdom and one of three national parks in Wales, the others being Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons National Parks.

Itinerary
Monday 18th June
Coach transfer from your hotel in Cardiff to the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel in Carmarthen
Tuesday 19th June
After a relaxed breakfast, join your coach for a day trip to Tenby and Caldey Island. A pleasant boat trip from Tenby Harbour takes you to the beautiful and fascinating Caldey Island. Spend a few hours on the island exploring its perfume and lavender shops, monastery and museum before returning to Tenby for lunch and a wander round cobbled streets, gift shops, cafes, harbour and castle. Optional visit to National Trust property Tudor Merchant’s House in Tenby. Coach back to Carmarthen for your evening meal
Wednesday 20th June
A day trip will take you to Bosherston, Broad Haven South (beach) and the Stackpole Estate lily ponds – all owned and maintained by the National Trust. In the afternoon you will visit Pembroke Castle, St Govans Chapel, Stack Rocks and wander around Pembroke town.
Thursday 21st June
Visit the city of St David’s and the inspiring cathedral, where you can have lunch in the cathedral refectory. There is also a possibility of a cathedral tour. En route to St David’s you will have some time to explore Solva, known to many as the jewel of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Friday 22nd June
Leave Pembrokeshire behind as you board the coach for your transfer back to Cardiff for onward journey home.
