2011 marks the year of the World Scout Jamboree in Sweden and is one of the eagerly anticipated highlights of the year for Scouting members all over the world. All tours will include a day at the Sweden Jamboree ensuring that you are part of this amazing event!

Why not combine your visit to the Jamboree with a week of adventurous and exhilarating activities at our partner activity and outdoor centre in Norway?

Tour duration: 9 days / 8 nights

Start your adventure at one of Scandinavia’s leading outdoor activity providers in Southern Norway where you can raft down grade 3-4 rivers, kayak through the rapid waters, go on a beaver and elk safari in the evening or hike and bike through the spectacular Norwegian countryside.

After 4 action packed days, travel to Sweden, where you will be based on an island; giving you the chance to have a chilled few days soaking up the atmosphere and ofcourse also visiting the nearby Jamboree site.

Norway
Prices are based on a self-catering option. The centre offers an excellent full board option which includes three good meals per day and gives greater flexibility when planning your activities

Sweden
Groups will be provided with cooking equipment and food supply during your stay

In Norway groups will be accomodated in Lavvos (teepee tents). Toilets, kitchens, kiosk and showers are in a service building 50 - 100m away from the campground.
