Set in four hectares of its own private grounds, this tranquil destination is within easy reach of all the exciting attractions and beautiful sandy beaches of the Opal Coast. Why not try your hand at sand yachting, or join in with the number of different team sports run on the nearby beaches?
With your coach staying with you throughout your visit, your group can explore the delights of the Opal Coast, with its many beaches, or venture into a new country as you head towards Belgium. If city life is more your thing, why not venture into the heart of Paris where you can experience world famous sights such as the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. For the more thrill seeking, a trip to Disneyland Resort Paris is a must, whilst a visit to the battlefields of WWI and WWII creates a lasting impression for all. With so many possibilities within reach of Le Chateau, you’re sure to have an exciting and varied excursion programme.

Speeding along without any engine on wide open spaces… a quarter of an hour sees you mastering the basics and then you’re free to feel the thrills as you twist, turn and accelerate across the sand. A huge amount of fun to be had by all!
This is the largest complex in Europe dedicated entirely to the sea. Discover all there is to know about the marine environment during this tour, during which 10,000 aquatic animals are displayed before you.
The evening activity programme at Le Château includes various team challenges which see your group overcoming obstacles and solving riddles, whereas discos, quiz nights and the ‘Have a Go Show’ are a light hearted way to end the day. For groups who want to experience true French culture, the staff at Le Château deliver a fantastic French night including a game of boules, a traditional French meal and crepe making.

Make your stay in France extra special by staying in Le Château d’Ebblinghem. This spectacularly renovated accommodation, located just 45 minutes from Calais, offers a fantastic base for your group. With three separate buildings, your Troop can take advantage of the modern, bright rooms, all with en suite facilities. There is also a dining room in each building and this has a TV/ video and games equipment. Le Château has a dedicated building housing a separate bar, games room and the Château shop. The bar will be open to leaders from all groups and the games room, which contains a number of amusements and activities, will be open to children.
